I'm getting a message that says this is a private video and that I must accept the friend request to watch it.
I' can't see the video either. same message as Willoghby. I'm a follower...so what's up with that?
I get the same thing.
Me too....:( I thought we were friends...!
me too!
Thanks for fixing it. I recognize all those same people. The only TV person I ever saw in person was the youngest kid on Flipper. He was sitting at a small table in an amusement park in Florida, and I got his autograph. He was all by himself, and didn't say a word to me. I could tell from the look on his face that he wasn't happy to be there.
Thanks for fixing it.
BTW, You are way too young to remember, but Paul Lynde was in Broadway shows as well as guest starring on very many old sit coms, like Bewitched, I Dream of Genie, and the Perry Como Show. He also was in several Movies, the Glass Bottom Boat, Son of Flubber and Bye Bye Birdie to name a few. He even had his own tv show for a couple of seasons back in the 60s.
He was well known, but when you were not yet twinkles in your Dad's eyes! lol Us old folks remember him well.
You guys are so funny!
I'm a new follower from Friday Follow. Please stop by and follow The Penny-Pinching Mama. :)
At least Danny Glover said hi to you, even if he just couldn't remember your name. ;) Maybe next time! I do not think I have ever seen anyone famous at all! I am so deprived. :(
Celebs I have talked to: Donny Osmond, Robert Redford, Wallace Shawn (tiny guy in Princess Bride, was on Murphy Brown saying 'all's I know...;, John Shea (one of Samatha's 'friends' -- he actually hit on me). Celebs I have seen: Wes Studi, Kevin Costner, Bob Hope, the dude who 'dated' the 'mom' on some TV sitcom One Day at a Time...
I am obsessed with celebrities and would love to run into one. Although, I would probably hide if I did. But out of all the celebrities to run into, can you believe my husband and I ran into Eric Estrada at the airport. Seriously, why him?
The voice of the rat on Charlotte's Web??? Templeton??? I would know that voice anywhere!!!
(I love that movie!!!) :)
Living in a small town in Canada not many celebrities here, but I did meet and talk to John Ritter 3 days before he died.
Sorry.. but I don't know who Paul Lynn is and so he doesn't count. He's not a celebrity, and therefore there were no celebrities on Celebrity Squares.
Ted Danson is great though. I'm jealous about that.
But guess who I met the other day?
Bruce Willis.
I was at a football game and he sat next to me and I tried to get a photo with him but he kept moving away and jumping around, and then they pulled the basketball court apart so that the footballers could warm up..
Yes, it was a dream. Sorry, didn't I mention that?
hahah - the voice of the rat in charlotte's web??? Sounds like all the a-listers :) :) haha.
Oh for a second there, I thought I was really special, 'cause everyone was saying that you had to be a friend to see the vid, and *I* could see the vid, so obviously that meant that *I'm* a friend. Then I just found out it was a technical glitch and my feeling of self-importance was shattered.
Anyway, I can relate to that feeling of 'don't you know me?', Charisse. I saw someone I recognised and waved at her, without a wave back, only to realise with complete horror, that she didn't know me because she was a local politician and the reason I knew her (because I so don't follow politics) is that she was on the news for having an affair with a fellow married politician--whom she was walking with at the time of my ill-placed wave. Cringe.
Thanks for my dose of Life Laugh Latte for the day.
Shelly
He should!! :)
Hey Jm J. Bullock was on Too Close for Comfort...I loved that show.
In L.A. - it is easy to just run into people: Jaclyn Smith, Sly Stallone, Patrick Dempsey, Wil Wheaton, HOWIE LONG!!!!, John Lithgow, Sid Caeser, Buddy Hackett, Red Buttons, Wayne Gretzky and lots of hockey players, oh my the list goes on....fun post!
Dig me -- I went to college with Jon Stewart. Does it count if I knew him before he was famous? If I saw him now I'm sure he would look at me like I was a wall, but he sure had the hots for my roommate back in 1983.
