LOL! My husband never wants to hear my dreams, either!

I was always afraid of the ouija (sp?), so I never messed with it. I kept hearing all these scary stories about it!

My mom refused to have a Ouiji board in the house... so we never played with one.

The last time I shared one of my dreams/nightmares with hubs it made for great TMI Thursday posting.

I dislike, with a passion, bad dreams...especially ones that stick with you all day....

Oh, my goodness, Holly! I have the reoccurring, surprise-my-house-is-bigger dream, too! Always disappointed when I wake up from that one...

No Ouija boards for me...although as a random, pointless tidbit I'll mention that I happen to be reading a book that was evidently penned by the granddaughter of the Ouija inventor (Living Artfully by Sandra Magsamen). It's mostly a great book, but I have to admit being a little weirded out by the Ouija pages (all 1.5 of them)...because the book is all about creativity, and her point with the Ouija mention was how creative it was for her grandfather to come up with such a thing--and I just have to say that out of everything I've ever heard said about Ouija boards, the word "creative" has simply never come up. Hmmm...

No ouija boards in this house, thank you very much, but no :)

We don't really do the ouija board thing here. At least, I didn't, so I've assumed nobody else does either. It would be cool though.

And yeah I think people find their own dreams incredible, but other peoples dreams boring. A dream is something special that only you will enjoy.

My husband likes to hear my dreams because they are so convoluted and bizarre. He says he doesn't have dreams like mine.

Also, I think sometimes I should write them down as soon as I get up because they could make for some fantasy or science fiction.

we had a ouija board growing up. It was very scary stuff. I blame it for the paranormal activity in our old house. Oh, and my mom was into the occult, too. No ouija is allowed near me, my kids or my home.

On that note, my husband is humored by my dreams because they are always very bizarre!

I had bad experience with ouija when I was in my early 20's.

We did it few times before for fun in college, but one night we invited this girl that was all into it and she led the session....let me tell you we never played that again.

Ouiji Boards freaked. Me. Out.

I've tagged you today - hope you can come over and play.

Have a wonderful day!

My son got a Ouiji board from a friend. He thought it would be a riot to get it out when his friends were over. Problem is, no one wants to mess with it! I don't think it's ever been taken out of the box.

I still think a Ouiji board is scary. I was traumatized as a kid with one at a sleepover.

I have strange dreams on nights when I take Excedrin. My husband always tries to explain how my weird stuff connects to something I said or did during the day.

Giveaway at my place today. There are 2 of you...so, both of you leave a comment, or one of you fake and pretend to be both of you and you will both have a chance!

I had a ouija board that I sneaked out of my house and took to every sleepover. I was the kid that freaked everyone out.

So happy to have my internet back to normal so I can visit you girls again!

I love it when you have those bizarre dreams. I walked up to my husband when he was in the living room watching telly and I had been in bed for an hour or so and said "but the snowball is melting!", no wait a minute, that might be sleepwalking not dreaming.

Oh well, glad to be back.

My mom never let us play with the ouija board or have it in the house. And when we did have a chance to play, we were too freaked out. I'll never touch that thing now.

As for dreams, my husband definitely doesn't like to hear my dreams because when they're crazy, I'm always trying to figure out what they mean and he hates that.

I'm laughing out loud about the Ouija board. I've done it several times in my life and when I was a kid...I did the same thing. "Who will I marry?" It always said the name of the person I had a crush on at that time...so I know friends were pushing it.

My ex-boss had an interesting theory. He said it's the collective energy of the hands hovering above it that moves it...and that we don't even realize we're doing it. It's on a subconscious level...which is why it gives us the answers it does.

My hubby doesn't mind hearing my dreams but maybe that's because he never has any of his own. Quite frankly, I'm not sure he's really listening anyway. :)

I bought a ouiji, but no one would try it with me. I have never ever done it...

Oh, I like that dream...I wish I had a door like that. We actually have what we need to...we always end up in one room anyway...gosh think of the $$$ we could save on mortgage payments...I just need to get rid of all my treasures.

You guys look cozy...I want to come have a triple shot latter with you...I'll bring them!

I played with one when I was in my 20s. It was hard to say if someone was actually pushing that pointer. We always laughed a lot. I did not know that so many people were freaked by it. As for dreams I've had one where my mom (who had just passed away) tells me that my 18 month little girl was a diabetic. I woke up thinking how crazy was that. I had her checked anyway and I was told that if I had waited one more day she would have gone in a coma. How's that for a prophetic dream. My mom saved her life from beyond. I dont tell this one often but since its anonymous here I'm not scared of being judged!

i never played with a ouija board--it scared me and my mom would probably smack the mess out of me if i did. ok, not really, but she wouldn't be happy about it.

my dreams are usually stress related so i rarely share them with the husband--he hears about the stress all day anyway.

I remember Ouiji boards and sleep overs! In fact today we drove by the house of a school friend where we played with the ouiji board the most. Big old house from the late 1800s... I told Tara how fun that house was to play in! Funny I thought of that and then I read your blog!

Tara tells me her "dreams" - she goes on FOREVER. I believe she embellishes. I rarely remember mine.

Off to make a cup of coffee!

We did the ouiji board a ton when I was a kid. Everyone would freak each other out! We also did a game called Bloody Mary. I get all sorts of scared thinking of it! My kids will be doing none of that!

I am a proud Ouija board virgin. I really need to talk to my kids about this. They do spend the night with friends.

Have a great weekend!

Funny stuff ladies!
Charise was on a roll with this one.

No Ouija Boards here. My mother told us devil stories and made us read this book about a girl and her demonic encounters after using a Ouija Board. Classic children's literature!
