Did You Miss Us?

Weeeee're Baaaaack! Well sort of back anyway. I have at least 3 hours of vlog to edit, and today is my first day back at blog-work. So, I thought I would dig in the archives for something short and sweet that we haven't posted yet. You can tell it is old because I am still blonde. Tee hee! Hope it puts a little chuckle in your day.

Hope you had a marvelous Thanksgiving...and missed us terribly! We missed you. Hopefully today I'll get the bags unpacked, the groceries purchased, and edit a ton of video. Hmmm...that might be a tad ambitious.

Don't forget to leave a Comment. Have a terrific day blog friends!

Awesome edit point: "We live in California; you've never had a fried thing in your life." Hilarious as usual!

Welcome back! I had to take a break last week too - I think a lot of us did!

Haha, I have thought that if I ever had to kill my own meat I'd be a vegetarian :)

Yes, I did miss you. I didn't have anyone to drink my lattes with. (over the weekend I started adding Baileys later in the day to my coffee, and wondered if anyone would notice if I used it instead of my creamer in the morning!!!)

Reading glasses - ha ha... they are all over the house, and I still can never find a pair!

I saw this movie where they were cow butchers and I swore that I would never eat beef again...until the next time I smelled a burger cooking that is! Bring on the meat!

Screaming broccoli and carrots! You guys crack me up!

Like the talk about the screaming carrots. I've wondered about that myself - do they feel?

So glad you're back.

I need to remember the screaming carrot bit and tell that to someone I know while trying to make us feel bad for eating meat.

I believe in only eating things you can kill. It's called meatatarianism.

Glad you're back. I'm back too, but no one missed me, because you Mericans were all eatin' turkey!

Welcome back. You are ambitious, but you might actually get it all done. I know that my ambitious list is almost done. Don't you hate how you need a vacation after taking a vacation?

There's actually a song about how harvest day is the Holocaust for the carrots, and it features the classic line "Damn you! Let the rabbits wear glasses!"

It's a great song, and it's what I thought about after screaming carrots were mentioned and well.. I kind of didn't pick up what you were saying after that.

If you're interested, the song is here..

I am raising a vegetarian. She's not a PETA person (*shh, don't tell anyone but she really doesn't like animals) she just finds meat "icky"... well yeah. Meat is icky but it's also yummy.
