Hmmm...the only lingerie I currently have is a wedding gift from my grandmother composting at the bottom of my drawer. My day-to-day sleepwear consists of commemorative t-shirts from 1990s youth events, some sporting archival residue from the actual event. Then there’s the plethora of “thank-you” wear I’ve accumulated from various schools and libraries who have welcomed me in for book readings and writing workshops. A couple shirts—such as the middle school spirit T splotched in deep verde from a Mexican house raising pull double duty. In short, my bedtime wear is working class cloth from the front lines of life.
Fun post!
As far as the picture question (and I'd email this to you to avoid making this a HUGE comment, but I can't seem to locate an email address...). I'm wondering if you load your pics onto blogger full sized, or do you reduce them first? I always load mine full sized. feel free to email me if you want to talk photography more...
Flannel. Cotton. Fleece. And one really ratty sweatshirt that is super-sexy -- I mean super comfortable. That's my lingerie.
I used to wear these really pretty Victorian-looking cotton nightgowns; I thought they were romantic and flowy. My daughter thought they were maternity nightgowns, so I guess I might have been mistaken . . . .
T-Shirt and some cotton PJ pants here. If it's artic out then I pull the flannel out. I have seen the adult footed PJs that are all connected that I really have thought about purchasing. That would be sexy right??
I don't even think I bought anything fancy for my wedding, I figured it wouldn't stay on long so why bother!?
I mostly sleep in a t-shirt and panties. cotton panties, that is. not granny panties, just bikinis...but I have a feeling I should re-vamp my pajama department. Ugh.
As for the waxing---I do wax my bikini area regularly. I don't think I can ever go back...but I do think bikini waxes should be mandatory for all men. I think they need to really FEEL OUR PAIN. seriously. if even only once. just to see what we go through for them!
I had never thought about it before, but now I want some Hugh Heffner style pants. I have been known to spend the whole day in my PJs because they're comfortable, but Heff style.. that's gotta be more comfortable again.
It took years before my husband realized that I hated itchy, lacey things and that soft, t-shirts and jammies made me really happy. And if I'm happy...
Wedding lingerie here too. Have you seen the time stamp on most of my comments and posts...I never go to bed why would I need lingerie? Holly @ 504 Main
I think it's all kind of itchy and not as copmy as my flannel pJ pants and tanks...but I know...hubby does like them and sometimes we need a little spice..It makes me feel good to wear something cute. But after having my 2nd baby I just feel fat. I have no motivation (or time)to get to the gym...so what do you do if your fatty patatty??
Wow, thanks for the reminder, ladies. Although I have purchased lingerie during my 16 years of marriage beyond the honeymoon, I haven't worn them in a while. I blame the hubby; says he prefers nothing at all.
the last lingerie i bought was at least 4 years ago. lace thongs. they all huddle in the corner of my dresser and make fun of the granny panties...and me.
Make a hot cup of coffee, pull up a chair, and hang out with your two new girlfriends! Some things we've learned through many years of marriage and parenting, but most of what we share is just raw, uncensored life as we have experienced it. No psychology degrees, far from perfect, but all honest and vulnerable...and of course much of it is funny! Because if you can't laugh at life...it will probably make you cry. So why not choose to Laugh with us! We get together once a week and videotape our conversations. A true reality show! Our kids interrupt us, the phone rings, and we talk about life, laugh through the struggles, and share a latte together. We also enjoy writing short articles about friendship, family, faith, things we love and things that make us laugh. If we review a book or favorite item we will have it for sale in our online Amazon store. Thanks for stopping by...there's nothing we like more than making a new friend! If you enjoy our blog please tell a friend.

I prefer my jammies from the House o' Flannel myself. Another fun post!

I've always been more of an old t-shirt kind of gal. That's sexy, right??
Tweeze I say, Tweeze!

I have NO lingerie. Hubby's is socks. That's what he removes when he wants to get busy.
My sleepwear consists of pj pants and whatever shirt I've worn that day. It's very exciting.
Thanks for stopping by yesterday! Your little surprise is making me want to rush through the weekend to get to Sunday - can't wait!

T-shirts and pajama pants here. I feel ridiculous in anything else.
I would love to get a Brazilian but not anywhere around here. I doubt anyone would even know what I was talking about.

happy friday you two :)

Hmmmm. What I wear to bed must be soft and comfortable. And I like the color red. Lingerie went the way of uncomfortable footwear and my long hair.
